In the past few months there has been a lot of talk about school safety and the Virginia Tech shootings. I receive much information about the Virginia Tech shootings through google and other web searches. Can Virginia Tech Be Blamed For The School Shootings?

We all remember the horrible Virginia Tech shootings that occurred several months ago. Over thirty people, students and faculty, lost their lives. After incidents such as this, people start questioning what could have been done differently. Families of the victims look for something or someone to blame for their loss. I cannot say that I would not do the same. Late last month, a panel decided that indeed Virginia Tech could have done something differently and saved lives. Norris Hall Reopens At Virginia Tech

As many of you recall, Virginia Tech experienced a great tragedy not too long ago. Seung-Hui Cho took the lives of 32 people and himself. The victims included students and faculty and staff members. The main sight of the devastation was the engineering building known as Norris Hall. Since the horrific occurrences at Virginia Tech, faculty members, students, alumni, and other concerned citizens have called the campus with suggestions on what to do with the building where the killings took place.
