Reasons Why Teachers May Suggest that Twins be Separated

In my latest series of articles I have been discussing twins in the classroom. It seems that some schools have created policies to keep twins separated into different homerooms. Some states have passed bills to allow parents the choice of having their twins or multiples together or separate. I have also listed some advantages of why it is best for twins to stay together. Pros of Twins in the Same Classroom

Previously I discussed my shock that some schools have a policy in effect to keep twins and other multiples in separate classrooms. When it comes to twins in the classroom, I can see both pros and cons of them being together and separate. I can also understand how a teacher and a parent can have separate views. Parents know their children in a more comfortable home setting while teachers see the children in a completely different view. Many children act differently at school than at home. Twins in the Classroom

Both my sister and cousin are parents to twins. Valorie, our baby and food blogger, also is a mom to twins. I can imagine many unique situations that can arise with parenting twins. One that both my sister and cousin encountered was school. My nieces were together in kindergarten, separated in first grade, and will be separated for second grade.
